I feel like I don't go a working day without falling into an impassioned conversation about the evolution of the digital space and fashion. East African in particular has been a bit of an inigma fast on the international uptake of e-commerce,blogs and news sites,but skeptical about local landing pages not dissimilar to our standpoint on up-and-coming East African talents or rather home grown talents. Well you think you are all that?? Then prove it. Until of course they reach global acclaim. Then we are all over them like bees on honey.
For that same cynicism the western websites, buzzfeed ,blogs ,TV e.t.c have found extraordinary success. They cover fashion from a stand point of an incredulous onlookers who relate more to the famous well established designers.........
Well I believe in our home grown talents so today on my line of work I came across this popular young talent,a trend setter and an award winner,whose designs are taking Kenya by storm.
He has styled and dressed big names in the entertainment industry.. He has this unique eye on fashion and always know how to spice his meal to his consumers.
His style is a complete change in the fashion game...everything designed by Jamdown empire is a do do do..you can buy designers but  you can't but style and he gives you all that....
